This April, Coriander Style is illuminating the path to guilt-free dressing excitement through our No-Ragrets Spring Clothing Drive.

Cause for Curation: New Season, New You

Spring is the perfect time to declutter, donate, and refresh your wardrobe, all while jumping into the sustainable fashion movement and helping others by giving away those pieces you simply don’t love anymore.

The goal here is about curating new clothing additions with an eye to building outfits for every day and every occasion as you simultaneously support community efforts to keep good garments in circulation and out of the landfill by diverting them into appreciative new homes.

Our No-Ragrets Spring Clothing Drive is a ridiculously convenient and rewarding way to do this! 

How It Works

From April 1-30, bring in your gently worn, preloved clothing (washed and folded, please!) and receive $15 credit toward a same-day purchase at Coriander Style. It’s your chance to take part in the preloved clothing movement while making space for your new spring and summer (yes, it’s coming) wardrobe. We’ll be donating your clothing to a brand new not-for-profit thrift store opening in Collingwood later this summer.

This new venture will be called "My Friends Closet" with proceeds supporting "My Friends House", our local women's shelter. We will be sharing more information about My Friends Closet as it comes together. We will also be hosting a fashion show at the end of May to help raise funds to get the new thrift store up and running. It takes a village and we are happy to be involved in any way we can.

At Your Service

When you drop off your donations, do bring in your favourite “keeper” pieces, the darlings of your wardrobe. Our expert stylists will then pull together some looks for you based around your pieces with complementary additions from our new arrivals.  

Now comes the fun curating part: What would pair with your favourite denim for an office to dinner look? Need the perfect jeans to go with all your warm weather tees? Seek something flowy to layer over those strappy cami tops and sundresses parked on their hangers, all forlorn. You’ll have your very own stylist to help you get more mileage out your favourite clothes.

Et voilà— the closet of your dreams is now a sweet reality.

Footwear: Neutrals, brights, pastels, and basic black and white all make the grade this season.

 

·         Intimates: With any good outfit story, one must start with a strong foundation. You need underwear that is comfy and gives invisible support no matter what you’re wearing on top.
