Shipping & Returns Policy
When requested, we will ship all orders via courier. Unless otherwise noted, a flat fee of $20 will be charged for all orders delivered within Ontario and $30 for orders shipped to the rest of Canada. Orders shipped out of province will be charged the required provincial tax at checkout.
Orders of $200 or more (before taxes) will be shipped for free.
Due to our shipping limitations, some items on this site are available for in-store pick up only.
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to the US or Internationally at this time.
Shipped Order Return Policy
We always hope you love our products, but we also understand that sometimes things just don't work out.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on full price items. Just contact us within 3 days of delivery for a return authorization.
Ship your return back to us within 5 days of the return authorization being granted.
If 5 days have passed since your return authorization was granted, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED:
1) Sale items
2) Gift cards
3) Intimates - men’s or women’s
4) Food products
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Authorized returns require that the item be mailed or dropped off at the store in its original, unused condition with all tags and/or packing materials included.
If mailed, tracking information must be purchased by you and provided to us by email at email@example.com when your return is sent.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returning Your Item
Shipping fees are non-refundable and shipping costs to return item(s) are at the customer's expense. Refunds will be issued once the items arrive and are processed at the store.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return authorization number (RA#). Items sent back to us without first requesting a RA# will not be accepted. You will be notified of the return shipping address with your RA#.

Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the matter and make it right. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will refund your money (less original shipping fees or shipping charge if your final purchase is under $150) once we receive the return.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
