Full-Time | In-Store | Downtown Collingwood

Coriander Life and Coriander Style are hiring a full-time team member to join our retail team in a role that combines strong sales performance on the floor with meaningful ownership of our brand marketing efforts.

This is an in-store position. A significant portion of your time will be spent on the sales floor serving customers, supporting merchandising, and helping drive store performance. In addition, you will take responsibility for the execution and management of our marketing initiatives across social media, email, digital advertising, and events.

This role includes regular weekend work and is not a remote position.

Primary Focus: Retail Sales & Store Performance

• Work scheduled shifts at Coriander Life and Coriander Style, including weekends

• Deliver an exceptional, brand-aligned customer experience

• Support daily and monthly sales goals

• Maintain merchandising and visual standards

• Contribute positively to team culture and store energy

• Act as a visible ambassador for the Coriander brand

Marketing & Brand Responsibilities

• Plan and generate email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo

• Create in-store photo and video content for social media and email

• Write clear, on-brand captions and marketing copy

• Manage paid social campaigns and oversee Google advertising and Google Business presence for both locations

• Monitor marketing performance and contribute ideas to improve results

• Plan and run in-store and community events, generating vision pages to align and execute with our goals

• Capture event content and manage post-event communications

What We’re Looking For

• Strong retail experience and comfort in a customer-facing role

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Creative thinking and visual awareness

• Experience with tools such as Shopify, Canva, Klaviyo, Instagram, Meta, and Google platforms is an asset

• Strong organization and follow-through
