Position: Full-Time Retail Sales Manager Location: Collingwood, Ontario

What You'll Do:

• Lead and inspire our sales teams to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage store merchandising in both of our locations.
• Hire and Train rockstar sales teams and keep them happy.
• Build and nurture customer relationships, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
• Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
