While I appreciate all of your merchandise, I find it disappointing that no points can be collected on sale priced items. I recently bought a beautiful blues which was still over $100 on sake but was denied points. I would ask that you rethink your rewards policies. Ir didn’t make me feel like a very valued customer when I was told I would not receive points for my so called sale item. I know other retailers in town do not limit their rewards to just regular priced items and I wonder if you might consider your policy? Thx

Thanks for the notice. After my last online enjoyable experience with your new web design, I was sorry to find the sale was in store only. While this is understandable because a real need to try on, I was disappointed because it was a treat to visit your store once again even on line. We miss having you in Guelph but the ease of browsing felt like being there. Thanks.
