Shipping fees are non-refundable and shipping costs to return item(s) are at the customer's expense. Refunds will be issued once the items arrive and are processed at the store.
Can I exchange items I have purchased online?
Yes. To begin an exchange, email email@example.com or call 705-293-4948. We will refund your initial purchase less shipping costs and send you the size or colour you need in exchange along with an invoice for the newly shipped item.
If you purchased for local pick up, simply give us a call and we can organize the change curbside.
Can I use a gift card for an online purchase?
Yes and no.
If you purchased a gift certificate online, you can use it at check out for online purchases.
If you have a gift certificate that you purchased in store, we don't quite have the capability to process them through our online store yet. If there is something you've seen online that you want to purchase with your gift certificate, please give us a call at 705-293-4949 and we are happy to process the transaction over the phone.
Will my online purchase be added to my Library Box reward card?
Our Library Box Program is our way of thanking you for shopping in person with us. Library Box Rewards can only be collected and used in-store.
Can I use a coupon for online purchase?
No. If you have recieved a coupon as part of a promotion, they can only be used in store at this time.
Are sale items final sale?
Yes. On marked-down items, we cannot offer a refund.
